Clare and Richard started Just Blinds Ltd in 2010 working from a small self-serviced office. Clare has overall responsibility for all areas of the business and is still an active in-home consultant. With over 20 years’ experience in the Blinds industry and a passion for her business, Clare is committed to providing a professional and high standard of service. If you’re not sure what style of Window covering will suit your home, Clare can help as she knows her products inside out.
Director/ Production Manager
Richard is Clare’s husband and takes responsibility as Production Manager. Along with Clare, Richard is committed to ensuring the smooth running of the business, mainly focussing on the manufacturing side of things. It is Richard’s role to ensure orders are manufactured correctly and keep production running quickly and efficiently.
Charlotte joined our team in 2021 to supervise the new manufacturing department, and is also Clare’s cousin. Charlotte has over 15 years experience in manufacturing of blinds so is perfect for the role of production supervisor. Charlotte will be working alongside Richard to ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing side of the business.
In Home Consultant
Having manufactured Blinds for many years, Daniel’s expert knowledge of products means he can help advise customers on the best suited products within the comfort of their own home or business. Daniel will be who initially greets the customer when booking in for a home survey.
Kevin has over 35 years experience in the blinds, shutters and curtain’s industry, making him the perfect home consultant to send out to our customers. Kevin demonstrates his proficiency in blinds knowledge in every home survey and can recommend the perfect window dressing for your home.
In-Home Consultant/Shutter Specialist
Frank is Clare’s father and one of our home consultant’s, specialising in window Shutters in particular. Frank will be able to advise you with everything to do with shutters and together you will be able to establish which type of shutter is just right for your home.
Joining the company in 2018. Rachel is highly organized and ensures the smooth running of the administrative process. She has excellent customer service skills and is most likely to be one of the friendly voices at the end of the phone.
Grace joined the team in 2018, Grace assists with all day to day duties helping within the office and her role focuses in the accounts department in particular. Grace deals with the payments and invoice side of things. Alongside this, Grace is also a highly accredited and skilled make-up artist.
Lorraine joined our team in March 2021 as an administrator and has over 16 years of customer service experience from previous roles making her perfect for the role of talking to our customers. Lorraine will be one of the friendly voices you hear at the end of the phone and will ensure a smooth running of the installations team.
Carly joined the team in 2020 as an administrator. With over 16 years customer service experience, Carly’s people skills are excellent. Carly takes control of the home consultant’s diary so will be the first person you speak to when it comes to booking your appointment.
Shenna joined our team in 2020 as our marketing assistant after previously working as a promoter at Free Radio. Shenna keeps all of our social platforms up to date informing all of our followers of new and exciting products as well as everything the just blinds team have been up to. Shenna covers all things marketing, including reading and replying to your reviews, content creation, organises competitions and covers the promotions aspects.
Installation Manager/Curtain Specialist
Phil joined the team in 2020 and holds over 15 years’ experience in fitting blinds and shutters. Phil is our installation manager and also specialises in curtains. He is committed to providing our customers with perfect fitting results and always has a friendly and happy to help approach. Phil keeps the team up to date and ensures the smooth running of the installations department.
Joining our team in 2021, Steve is part of the blinds installation team, specialising in shutters in particular. Steve previously lived in South Florida, USA for 26 years and was an installer for a Shutter company while over there. Steve always has a happy to help attitude and is committed to giving his best on every job.
Installer/Motorised Smart Home Specialist
Mark joined Just Blinds Ltd in 2013 as an apprentice, having excelled in Blind installation Mark is now our Motorised Smart home specialist installer. You can rely on Mark to always leave your home looking clean and tidy once he has fitted your blinds. You can also find Mark fighting Fires for the West Midlands Fire Service.

Neil has been fitting blinds, shutters and Awnings for over 25 years, making him the perfect person to complete any job when it comes to blinds. Neil has been installing Shutters and Awnings across Staffordshire and the Midlands for Just Blinds Ltd for over 10 years.
Installer/Specialist in Roof Blinds
Paul has been our specialist roof blind installer for over 10 years. With 19 years’ experience in roof blinds, no roof is too big, small or complex for him.
