Clare Gill

Director/In-Home Consultant

Clare and Richard started Just Blinds Ltd in 2010 working from a small self-serviced office. Clare has overall responsibility for all areas of the business and is still an active in-home consultant. With over 15 years’ experience in the Blinds industry and a passion for her business, Clare is committed to providing a professional and high standard of service. If you’re not sure what style of Window covering will suit your home, just ask Clare she knows her products inside out.

Richard Gill

Director/Accounts Manager

Richard is Clare’s husband and is the accounts manager. Along with Clare Richard is committed to ensuring the smooth running of the business and providing our customers with a professional and high standard of service.

Tony Oakes


Tony is an expert Blind, Shutter and awnings installer having over 30 years’ experience. Tony has worked with Clare since the company opened in 2010 installing all types of interior blinds to an extremely high standard.
Tony is also a retired Fireman having worked with Mark in the fire service.

Mark Pritchard


Mark started in 2013 as an apprentice, having excelled in Blind installation Mark is now our Motorised Smart home specialist installer. You can rely on Mark to always leave your home looking clean and tidy once he has fitted your blinds.
You can also find Mark fighting Fires for the West Midlands Fire Service.

CJ (Christopher Oakes)


CJ is Tony’s son, joining the company in early 2019 he is learning how to fit all the products from his dad.

Paul Cowell

Roof Blind Installer

Paul has been our specialist roof blind installer for over 8 years. With 19 years’ experience no roof is too complex for him.

Neil Bird

Shutter Installer

Neil has been fitting shutters for over 25 years, installing Shutters across Staffordshire and the Midlands for Just Blinds Ltd for 7 years.

Daniel Oakes

In Home Consultant

Daniel is also Tony’s Son. Having manufactured Blinds for many years, Daniel’s expert knowledge of products means he can help advise customers on the best suited products within the comfort of their own home or business.

Carly Stewart-Doe

Showroom Assistant

Carly is our showroom assistant joining the team in 2020. Carly has over 16 years customer service experience and has excellent people skills. Carly will be the friendly face you see when visiting our showroom to look at our extensive range of blinds.

Rachel Feltham

Administration Manager

Joining the company in 2018. Rachel is highly organized and ensures the smooth running of the administrative process. She has excellent customer service skills and is most likely to be one of the friendly voices at the end of the phone.

Grace Lawless

Marketing/Showroom Assistant

Grace joined the team in 2018, Grace assists with all day to day duties helping within the office and showroom advising customers on our full product range. She also keeps our customers up to date with our latest products and information via our social media platforms.
Grace is also a highly accredited and skilled make-up artist.

Phil Hale


Phil joined the team in 2020 with over 15 years’ experience fitting blinds and shutters. Phil is also our curtain specialist. He is committed to providing our customers with perfect fitting results and always has a friendly approach.

Shenna Keenan

Marketing Assistant

Shenna joined our team in 2020 as our marketing assistant after previously working as a promoter at free radio. Shenna keeps all of our social platforms up to date informing all of our followers of new and exciting products as well as everything the just blinds team have been up too
