How It All Began
Clare the founder of Just Blinds, learned about the world of home furnishings from a very early age. Her parents ran a furniture store for as long as she can remember. You could say it runs in her blood! They were brilliant business owners and she gleaned much of what she knows today about managing Just Blinds from them.
Clare’s parents were constantly asked about blinds and shutters, but unfortunately, this was something they didn’t stock and so frequently referred their customers to other retailers that did. Clare felt they missed a fantastic opportunity here, so after they sold their business, she decided to pick up the baton and began Just Blinds in 2010.
Clare believed Just Blinds could offer something different from the big-name brands. She knew Just Blinds had the ability to provide the people of Staffordshire with a local, friendly and personal approach to home design.
Since then, Just Blinds’ motivation has always been to give you the best possible service and the highest quality products, at an affordable price.
From The Spare Room To The Showroom
It’s been an incredible journey so far, we quite often have to pinch ourselves.
Just Blinds started with Clare and one fitter. The office ran from a spare room in Clare’s father’s house. It really was humble beginnings, and although we’ve had great success, we still operate with that same humility and gratitude.
Within 3 years Just Blinds had grown to a bigger team and we opened our first showroom in Norton Canes. We were excited to expand and offer you, our loyal customers, a personal and local service.
Fast forward to today and we’re a happy team of 21, with a made-to-measure workshop to produce your bespoke blinds and shutters. We have 2 offices in Stafford and Crewe to accommodate a wider local area, along with a fleet of 7 Just Blinds branded vans. If you spot us out and about, be sure to wave and we’ll honk, ‘Hello!’

Our success story is really quite simple; we care about you and your home. We offer a personal service that delivers high-quality blinds and shutters at a price you can afford. We pay attention to detail and won’t snub you with surprise costs! We let you know from the get-go what the price will be without any hidden extras. What you see is what you get!

Which brings us to our thrilling news that we’re finalists for the ‘Best Marketing Campaign’ award at the 9th Annual National Entrepreneur Awards – all thanks to one Facebook Ad that went down a treat. Just Blinds could be recognised for our creativity and flair in marketing!
It’s always a risk to invest money in marketing and with costs rising exponentially, it’s getting harder to be seen and heard. But this one marketing ad particularly paid off and may well be award-winning.
Despite this fantastic nomination, and on the back of winning the ‘Most Impressive Growth Award’ last year, we haven’t forgotten where we came from. We still care as much as ever about delivering you first-class service and top-quality products.
